Privacy policy

This policy covers the AI Visibility Checker at aivisibility.prismdigitalmedia.in, run by Prism Digital Media. It says what we collect, why, who handles it for us, and how long we keep it. Questions go to prathamesh@prismdigitalmedia.in.
What we collect
What you type into the form. Brand name, website, category, location, competitor names and your email address.
Your consent. The date and time you ticked the consent box and verified your email.
Your check results. Your score, the AI answers we collected and the fixes we suggested.
A scrambled version of your IP address. We store a one-way hash, not the address itself, only to enforce the limit of 5 checks per day per connection.
We do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels on this site.
Why we use it
To run your check, email you the verification code and your report, stop abuse, and send you occasional SEO advice from Prism Digital Media. You agreed to that last one when you ticked the consent box. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing does not affect your report.
Who handles it for us
We use these services to run the tool. Each one only gets what it needs.
Vercel hosts the site. Supabase stores leads and results. Brevo sends our emails and holds our mailing list, including your email, brand, category, location and score. Cloudflare Turnstile checks that you are not a bot.
OpenAI, Perplexity and Google (Gemini) receive the questions we ask about your category and location, and your brand, website and competitor names so we can find them in the answers. They do not receive your email address.
Some of these services store data outside India. We do not sell your data and we do not share it with anyone else.
How long we keep it
We keep leads and check results for 12 months, then delete them. Verification codes are deleted within a day of expiring. If you unsubscribe, we stop emailing you straight away.
Your rights
You can ask to see the data we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, and you can withdraw your consent at any time. Email prathamesh@prismdigitalmedia.in from the address you used and we will act on it within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the data protection authority where you live.
Changes
If we change this policy, we update the date at the top of this page.
